I guess you have to check the Manufacturer....dosage ...and expiration/lot.

It only affects certain dosages.

I just ran across this by accident.

Thanks, Sterling. Happy to say Iā€™m on 150!
I didn't want to scare's just an awareness thing.
This is a specific manufacturer ...for specific lots... of specific dosages... so you have to read the fine print.
Good to hear from you Bill.

And good to hear from you! I'm in the Emergency Management field. You were providing "decision support services". Awareness is a really GOOD thing. Thanks!
Makes sense. As everyone who takes it knows, it's critical. I sent it to some friends, but thought this would be a great place to get the word out. I just kind of stumbled on it.
Thanks for sharing. Ours is by Sandoz.

Thanks for info Sterling. I used to take Levoxyl, for years and then there was some story about mold and Levoxyl disappeared. I googled this and it said something about dose, 50 mcg wasn't on the recall list, but, you never know. How are you feeling now, with the palpitations, did they ease up more?

I'm not familiar with Levoxyl... I assume it's another generic form of Levothyroxine?
My dosage has been reduced...but I still have some of those symptoms. I know it takes weeks for levels to adjust...but it's been weeks. I am talking to my endocrinologist...and GI doc. Right now I don't have a clue...just relying on the clonazepam when it gets bad. I will say that when it happens, it doesn't feel like the heart racing is quite as bad quite as often. I'll post more when the docs have had a look at me....hard to get appointments.
